 Welcome to Talking Through Therapy.

There are times in life when we feel trapped and helpless, asking for support may not come easy. I would like to offer you some space to feel you can talk without being judged, nagged or pressured. It is a lonely place when you feel unimportant, not respected and overloaded with responsibilities. Being able to express how you feel, whether that is sad, angry and maybe even alone can help you feel heard and allow you some attention that you may be missing in your daily life.

We often seek control or escape in forms of alcohol, drugs, gambling, excessive internet use or maybe withdrawing into isolation.

If you are feeling stuck or stressed with trying to keep up, then please get in touch and together we can try and make some sense of what is happening for you and lift the fog.

My style of work helps you look at the past, present and future, this can really help us to explore what changes you may want.

Together we will look at your conscious and unconscious thoughts and behaviour and the way we process our thoughts, beliefs, values and attitude. You may discover that your beliefs have been influenced, whilst experiences and memories may not have been resolved. Now may be the time to work through them and get to know who you really are.

There are many reasons to come for counselling and whether it is for anxiety, depression, panic attacks or even trauma, I treat each person with integrity, respect and importance. My work is for a variety of people: men, women, children and teens from all backgrounds.

During these uncertain time, I am offering Zoom and telephone counselling
